On December 3, 2010, there was a Weebly blog post announcing that all websites made with Weebly are now mobile optimized. That clearly indicates that all Weebly-powered websites are mobile-friendly.

Weebly mobile editor can be accessed by clicking on the phone icon in the Weebly Site Editor as shown in the point 1 of the below screenshot.
Turn Off the mobile view in Weebly
If for any reason you’re looking to disable the Weebly mobile version of your website, you can do this so by following the below steps.
On your Weebly Site Editor, under Theme > Edit HTML/CSS > header.html
Go ahead and remove: <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0;”> completely! You will see that the mobile version on the phone, is mobile version no more.
